- molecular-genetic diagnostics of inherited and multifactorial human diseases, pharmacogenetic studies;
- identification of somatic mutations in tumors and extracellular fluids during human cancer diseases;
- molecular-genetic typing of bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Salmonella, Lactobacillus, etc.)

- recombinant cytokines and antigens for dendritic cell therapy;
- new enzymes for DNA modification and amplification.

- study of the molecular mechanisms of the emergence of human diseases and drugs action;
- systems biology and bioinformatics of microorganisms.
