• Study of molecular basis of violations of structural and functional organization and patterns of lesions of the musculoskeletal system.
• Analysis of morphological and functional characteristics of normal musculoskeletal system, and in a changed nervous, immune and endocrine regulation.
• Molecular-genetic testing to identify patient’s predisposition to development of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Development of evidence-based effective comprehensive programs of rehabilitation treatment of patients with movement disorders of various etiologies.
• Development of criteria for clinical monitoring of remedial actions and prediction of potential complications from repeated use of methodology for functional simulation.
• Introduction of new ways of spine pathologies treatment and joints by modern pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods of influence on the musculoskeletal system into clinical practice.
• Search and testing of effective method for correction of existing circulatory disorders with pathogenetic orientation.

• The treatment regimens of arthrosis in large joints with synovial prosthetic of hyaluronate viscoelastic by direct navigation under US-guidance, depending on the stage of osteoarthrosis. More than 6000 patients were treated.
• New effective approach to non-surgical treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, including injection of drug mixture with Perfluorane and Dimexide, was developed. This treatment method provides rapid relief of pain and allows patients to stop taking analgesics and NSAIDs, and stimulates regenerative processes of bone tissue. • New methods of treatment of knee and hip joints’ synovitis and Baker's cysts in patients with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis were developed and introduced into clinical practice. A new approach to treatment of synovitis and Baker's cysts using a complex mixture of Xefocam, Longidaza, Dimexide leads to rapid relief of pain and no recurrence of the cyst. • Alternative methods of SPA treatment with submastoidal injections of complex medicinal mixtures were developed and introduced into clinical practice.
