Research focus

  • Development of diagnostic techniques in assessment of endometrial and follicular factors providing improvement of results of auxiliary reproductive technologies, and creation of new therapy techniques using cellular and molecular technologies. Study of immune violations mechanisms in women with infertility, research dedicated to possible ways of correction of this disease.
  • Development and introduction to practice of new software products at the preparation for IVF cycles.
  • Identification of microcenosis infectious agents of uterine cavities in patients with chronic endometritis.
  • Study of genes mutation and polymorphisms responsible for synthesis of various compartments which regulate processes of conception, infertility.

Main scientific results 2011-2014

  • It was proved experimentally and clinically that previous inflammation of genitals reduced number of implantation sites and resulted in infertility. [Kurganov S.A., Popov V.V.Problems of reproduction. 2009.15 (6), 29-33].
  • Specific criterion of serological diagnosis of uterine tubes factor is estimated: values of later antibody titers to chlamidya ≥ 1:10. Evaluation of correlation of titers with outcomes of pregnancy attacks??? after plastic and reconstructive surgeries. [Mahotin A.A., Mahotina N.E.   • Set of genetic screening, algorithm of diagnostics of hereditary and acquired thrombophilic conditions, treatment protocols, monitoring of hematologist is developed. Correlation of identified mutations with clinical status and laboratory parameters in pregnant women is determined. [Cvetovskaa G.A., et al., fundamental research. 2010.10, 72-79].
  • On the basis of clinical and laboratory features of infertility in women without blocking factors we develop therapy schemes using efferent methods and cell technologies.
